We've been implementing the no restrictions mentality and really changing the way we talk about food. Just finished both mini courses last night. My husband watched with me. I love how simple all Thalia's advice is and how it’s actually helping in all aspects of communication with my oldest. When you emphasize the enormous importance of building trust it just all makes sense. Happy I found Thalia and excited to have tools to build trust with my littlest one from the very beginning. It’s amazing to see how my oldest adjusted so quickly as well. We still have work to do but we’re feeling really good!

We were finding that our daughter would eat the yogurt, fruit, crackers etc on the plate and leave the mains that we had prepared for her. We were stressing out that she wasn't eating enough and getting a bit demoralized that she wouldn't eat her mains. Since purchasing the course we've stopped commenting on what and how much she's eaten, we've been talking to her more about her food, and we've had a bit more structure around snack timing. We've noticed that she's trying more foods and eating more. Mealtimes are less stressful as we're not getting worked up and we're trusting her to eat as much as she needs. So far so good!
